6 hr - mountainous region lies on the northeast tip of the Arabian Peninsula. Cross the Omani border and drive to Khasab, Musandam’s small and pretty mountain-backed capital. Here, board a traditional Omani dhow and set sail around the spectacular Musandam coastline, known as the 'Norway of Arabia' for its soaring fjords, barren mountains and turquoise waters. Enjoy complimentary soda, mineral water and fresh fruit on board, and soak up the magnificent scenery from the sunny or shaded deck areas. Keep a lookout for pods of playful dolphins in the waters around the bow. Musandam’s seas are home to significant populations of humpback and bottle nose dolphins, so there’s a good chance of sightings. Around midway through your cruise, drop anchor off the rocky islet of Telegraph Island. Take a swim or use the provided snorkeling equipment to waft through the bright blue waters among schools of angelfish, wrasse and parrot fish. Then, dig into a delicious Arabic-style buffet lunch on board. Savor dishes such as grilled chicken, pasta salads, flat breads and hummus (chickpea dip) as you bask in the setting and sunshine. In the afternoon, enjoy more time to swim, snorkel or kick back on deck. Then, relish the last views of the coastline as you sail back to Khasab. After your 6-hour cruise, bid farewell to your skipper and crew, and drive back to Dubai, where your trip ends at your hotel.

A great day out of the hectic Dubai

This tour is a great way to get away from the hectic city of Dubai and relax in a spectacular atmosphere. The landscape is stunning, no surprise this area is called "the Norway of Arabia". The fjord is surrounded by rocky mountains and scattered with small fishermen's villages. We saw dolphins and we could dive in the crystal clear sea, admiring corals and colorful fish. The captain was a very pleasant person and the lunch on board is delicious. The boat is super comfortable. Highly recommended! The pickup and dropoff at the hotel is a very appreciated service.

It is a long trip (12-14...

It is a long trip (12-14 hours), but absolutely worth it! Amazing landscape, dolphins right next to the boat, and excellent guides. This was my absolute favourite experience in Dubai.

Best trip we’ve had!

This was the highlight of our Dubai vacation!! I spent a long time researching different tours and I’m so glad we chose this one! Pick up was right on time. Driver was good, and he made the border crossing very easy. We made a quick stop on the way to use the bathroom and buy snacks/drinks, which was perfect since we hadn’t had breakfast yet. Everyone on the boat was soooo welcoming and smiling!! The unlimited Tea and coffee was delicious. Boat had unlimited water and pop too. Lunch was filling and one of our favorite meals. It was interesting to see all the little villages along the route and here about how each one was unique. There were to snorkeling/swimming stops. The first was some of the best snorkeling I’ve seen. We ended up having a large pod of dolphins with babies follow our boat for a while home! Our suggestions would be to eat breakfast before leaving and bring your own snorkel gear, especially if you have a beard. The snorkel equipment is the full face mask type with the built in snorkel, which my husband couldn’t use as it was leaking all around his beard. Overall, our favorite thing we’ve done on this trip!

Great views on relaxing trip

Very pleasant and relaxing trip. Friendly , helpful and engaged staff, very good atmosphere. Good lunch on board. Take some food with you as car ride is 3:30-4h to the port in Oman. Snorkeling and dolphin watching were highlights of the trip

Amazing experience

Today I went to musandum dam one day trip that was organised by TripAdvisor... It was a fantastic experience....the trip was very well organized and the staff is very cooperative and friendly... The cruise was very neat and clean and the food was good We did all the activities that were mentioned and the experience was amazing... The kids also enjoyed a lot. Highly recommended
