Hi! We had a four hours birthday trip on the yacht. Everything was wonderful right from the beginning when the crew met us at the gate. They met us helped us with our luggage and food and drinks. Since that moment we didnât have to worry about anything - the crew have done everything to make our trip comfortable. The yacht was clean and tidy, the team was :-) and helpful.
One advice if you have a dinner party on the yacht, make sure you book it for more than four hours. Donât take too much pictures - just enjoy the moment.

The crew was beyond attentive and nice!! We didnât ask for anything!! They were top notch!!! I even got a little sea sick and they had medicine for me!! I would book them a 1000x over

Arrived at the harbour by taxi to find the yacht. we asked the Secruity guard and he told us where to walk to find it. We didnât have Wi-Fi or cellular data because of uk roaming charges. However I did see they messaged on WhatsApp to see where we were once I had connection again. Onboard Greeted by the (3) crew they were very friendly and accommodating. Planned to bring food and we sadly didnât have time. Bringing food onboard is a must! The crew provide cold drinks (not including alcohol) and some chips. The crew really tried to accommodate us with ordering food once we told them we didnât have any. They called in advance to this on sea water food service near the Five (V) hotel. It was soo cool! They semi connected the yacht and food boat where you can hop on board and order in person (thereâs a picture attached to the review of this). Hot food nuggets, chicken drumstick and chips +
General snacks are available. The crew kindly called in advance to make sure this was done. It was honestly a great experience we saw all the great tourist attractions. The lady I canât remember her name (Charlene I think?) was so nice took photos of us, provided cold towels and drinks right on time. Weâd like to say a big thank you to the crew the heat is brutal and they worked hard to make sure our experience was good regardless of the weather. They remained Polite throughout, well-mannered and left us to it. They didnât âmonitorâ or shadow us throughout. We hope this review goes towards any bonus or thank yous! Iâd encourage anyone else who does experience this boat with a great time to also thank the crew, manners and positive attitude goes a long way. Much as Itâs there jobs they were very positive and professional which isnât always easy to get whether youâre in Dubai or not!

PERFECT! The night cruise was breathtakingly beautiful. We celebrated my daughterâs college graduation and Marcel decorated with balloons. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. The boat⊠GORGEOUS. It was roomy and modern.

Our experience was amazing. We were messaged the day before with the name of our captain and location of the yatch in the harbour.
We booked 3 hours from half 4. It gave us an hour or so of sunshine, then the sunset and when we arrived back to the harbour it was dark and we could see all the buildings lit up.
It was just me and my partner and the crew couldn't do enough for us. They were great. We would love to do this for the day with friends on our next visit.
