They are a little tricky to find on the marina and we had to call them but you’re on holiday relax !!
We paid ÂŁ200 via VIATOR and there were 5 of us on our own boat
We’d have paid more than that on a shared boat

Do it ! just do it ! They 2 guys that took us out were experienced, pleasant, helpful, and very knowledgeable.
Had some fun out by the palm. Want to go faster just say so ! soooo much fun.

Fun private boat tour

I got lucky with this boat tour because the day before it was raining and the waves was choppy. They showed me around the marina, JBR beach, burj al Arab, the Dubai eye, palm island, the Atlantis hotel! They also provide free water bottles and they have a little room under the boat to take a nap under if you wanted! The tour guides took a bunch of photos of you and even though I was late he still allowed me to get a private boat all to myself and didn’t have to wait till the next tour time! Highly recommend this boat tour

If you like thrills - great. If you’re looking for a gentle boat tour of the sights, look elsewhere. Looked after us - lovely, clean boat. To be fair it was choppy but it was extremely fast - you get a soaking. Maybe not the best for little children and older grandparents!

First to saz, the tour was great and we really enjoyed it, however the organization is disastrous.
A general carelessness and confusion, really a lot of stress. We booked and paid for the tour about 15 days prior to the date, the organizer immediately contacted us and moved the appointment to 10:30 (it was booked at 12:00), under the pretext that they were already booked from at noon. The day before our appointment, no one contacted us about the details and I sent a message to check if there is an appointment for the booked day at 10:30, but received a reply that the tour was booked at 12 and to adjust, which significantly disrupted our plans. However, as an excuse, they promised us a bigger ship. Finally, when we showed up at the agreed place at noon, they sent us from boat to boat, everyone shrugging their shoulders, so that in the end, with a delay of more than half an hour, we would start the tour on a small boat. It is incomprehensible that someone is engaged in providing services and shows such negligence towards the organization and disrespect for the time of other people who certainly do not want to spend their vacation time waiting for them to agree on who was guilty for missunne+derstanding and who will take us to tour.
